Return Policy We are here to earn your business and your 110% satisfaction is our goal! We do however have a few guidelines we want to publish just in case of a misunderstanding. Most items we sell are covered by a manufacturer warranty or guarantee of some sort. We ask that you contact them first with any problems. Most manufacturers of aftermarket parts require product problems to be resolved directly with the consumer and may not be returned to the store of purchase. If we make a mistake or the product you order is not as described when it arrives, we reserve the right to correct the problem, if that is not possible you will receive a full refund of any deposit or payment In most cases, for special order or special request items that are vehicle specific (year, make, model etc.) we will ask for a deposit (usually 25%) or payment in full at the time of your order. If you elect to cancel your order or refuse your item after it has arrived for any reason (sold your vehicle, need money, lost job etc.) you will be charged a minimum 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from your deposit or payment. Any balance will be promptly refunded. If you order an item and we cannot contact you after it arrives, we will hold your item for 30 days from our last contact with you or when the item arrives, whichever is later. At that time the item will be returned to stock and you will be charged a minimum 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from your deposit or payment. Any balance will be refunded. Absolutely no refunds, returns or exchanges on any electric/electronic item. Any other store stock item you purchase may be returned within 7 days of purchase if uninstalled in good resalable unused condition for a 100% store credit.
